Currently, TEI is changing the skyline in the Financial District with 50 West Street, a 191 unit, 64 story condominium. TEI also has revitalized many historic structures such as the landmark Delmonico’s Building and others in historic districts, and is known for its use of art and design in both contemporary and historic architecture.
